Fred Fay received his doctorate in global missional leadership from George Fox University in 2015 and has been a pastor in the Tacoma, WA area for more than 25 years.

The last few years have been referred to by many as unprecedented times. Fred has seen how negativity has become the norm in our media and has chosen to make a change.
